Dark Knight Rises

I pretty much just shut up when I don't care for something, like Planet of the Apes~never been a fan and I may drop a comment or two but generally stay quiet about it since I don't like it.

I've enjoyed Nolan's take on Batman, this last should be intriguing, and the new Catwoman looks decent.

I'll put my $$ out to go see it next summer for sure.

Right, it's not that the joke was bad, it's just that we wouldn't get it.

No, I meant that I deleted my reply to your response because if you missed the joke, which is also a reference to another pre-existing work, then no one else would, and discussing it would take this post far off topic.

He may not have to steal it. If Talia is working at Wayne Enterprises, she could legally take over Wayne's operations and give it to him.

That would be a great plot line.:thumbsup I for one am looking forward to this movie. When Dark Knight came out I HATED how they portrayed the Joker, then I saw the movie. It was better than I could of imagined, and LOVED this version of the Joker. I'll trust Nolan to work his majic again to make " Rises" even better than the first two. But I'm still hopeing for a "Batmobile" to replace the Tumbler and a "Batcave" under Wayne Manor.

I really wish they had gone with a better title.

Super cool design for a poster, very interesting-looking. Disorienting. I like it.

I never thought of that. It"s diffently a good plot line. Bane stealing Wayne Tech.(y)thumbsup

Serious Spoilers

According to the production crew at Heinz last weekend, they were stolen by Bane.

They're going to be filming at Heinz Field in Pittsburgh on August 6th.

My friend Kylie was an extra there. I haven't talked to her yet, but she posted on FB that she saw Gary Oldman, "the bad guy", and the Steelers there during filming. :D

i agree with tk1055. I don't think they're a permanent part of the costume

I honestly thought that the HUD system was just a piece of thief equipment. It reminded me of what you would see an old school thief wear when he or she is doing detail work in the dark.

I'm not minding anything about these production photos, nor am I minding Anne's costume. It'll be hot, and that's what counts.

It may be possible that the new car is a modified Lamborgini. It would be sleak, fast, and similar to one of the cars that he had in the comic books.

I believe that they were looking at Lamborgini's, but were disappointed with the color of the car that they were provided.

I've been thinking about that myself since the last movie. He crashed both the tumbler and his murcielago. Now he's got a new Gallardo, same dark grey black rims scheme, but throw some of the tumblers armor on that and outfit it with all the weapons he needs. Would be pretty cool.

All those vents, on the front fender and behind the door, would make great openings for guns and whatever he needs

That looks awfully similar to the his comic book car. Like you said, a few mods and you have a Batmobile.

Hopefully it will open from the top. It would be such an inconvenience for Batman to actually open a door. :D

Heres my photoshop job on the lambo+tumbler batmobile.
Also, its a reventon, not a gallardo as I said earlier.
