idunno....I just watched the trailer and gotta say that I'm still not liking Bane as what's probably the films main villian. I hope this final film wraps up what's been a great series.

This "morsel" of footage has me kinda bummed. Maybe when more becomes available I'll get more amped up, but right now all I envision is another X-3-Juggernaught-costumed-guy, which I thought was really lame.

Feel exactly the same.
I am still very shaky on Bane.
That mask looks, well, silly. I never liked Bane in the comics.
I can't shake the mexican wrestler look.
So the whole main villain may just not work for me. Dunno yet.
I want this flick to be great, but can't get a vibe yet.

this is.....uh. yeh. well done but...man some people have far too much time.

i'm looking forward to the movie. like you wouldn't believe. i hated the way bane was represented in the schumacher film, at least they've got an actor who, while nothing like comic book world bane physically, has a great chance of pulling off the super intelligent thing.

Honestly, I'm surprised that Nolan didn't attempt to bring in his version of Robin into the fold. He definitely had a good opening for it (especially at the beginning of The Dark Knight, where there were individuals like those gun-toting knockoff Batmen).

But honestly, I'm probably going to watch this instead of DKR.

I DONT believe Bane will be much like his comic book counterpart. I think, like a lot of other things, they will reinvent his character for the movie. And that's probably a good thing.
