DareDevil Costume

I was wondering if anyone on here has ever done a comic book version of DareDevil? I've seen some really awesome pictures online but was curious on a good method on how to make the mask out of cloth (spandex) with detail in the brow? Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!
