Thanks y'all! I'm pretty happy with how it turned out, I got rid of most of the evidence of the seam lines, and layer lines. The body was printed in two halves, and the scope and ring (the scope ring polished up real nice!) were separate pieces as well as the handguard.
I'm also working on a Zam Wesell blaster pistol. Not a huge fan of the prequel props, but I really like a few of them. I may eventually turn a barrel out of aluminum, but the printed one is looking decent for now. Still have some sanding and obviously more painting to do on this one, and those little screws are just place holders...
Oh shoot, I forgot to mention, the radial engine part is just for fun, it was left over from cutting out my Han hero grille and I thought it'd look just the part. I probably won't leave it, but at the moment I felt like it needed to be there. Heh.
Anyway, I also took some new pics of the Relby K-23. I need to put some more paint on the gears and stirrers, and I think I'll paint the stirrer holes black (there's at least one reference photo that shows this), but like I said before, this guy's basically done. I just had to get some daylight shots of it.
And I've got some leftover castings of the parts I made, if anyone's in need. I'll need to get more resin to make more, though. I'm not a pro at molding/casting, so air bubbles will need filling, which I don't mind doing, if you'd like..
