Damian Wayne's robin gauntlets

Hi, I need help with these batman gauntlets that i'm working on, I already have the fins that are made out of stainless steel, but the part i need help with is the actual gauntlet, i have no idea where to start or what to make them out of, i was considering using cardboard, then covering them with bondo after that. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Oh btw, the kind of gauntlets i'm making are the ones that damian wayne's robin wears with the 2 spike fins, Dick Grayson wears them also when he becomes Batman.

I think you should look up EVA foam, that could be perfect material for this. Just make two rings per glove attach the fins, plasti dip, paint, then glue it to the gloves.
