Full scale or some other scale? If you search the web and places like VoodooFX (I think?) you should find some pre-made ones.

Kropserkel do a ready made one that fits into the crest of the helmet and has a ready made red lens. Very accurate.

VoodooFX can certainly do this for you. His "claim to fame" is that the movement of the "eye" will be smooth, and not jumpy. (Look at his "fusion core" to see what that looks like.)
