CW Deathstroke Pepakura help

hello, big fan of the show arrow and I wanted to make a deathstroke suit but I couldn't find a great pepakura file for the mask from the show. it looks simple but I have no clue how to design one so I was wondering if someone would be kind enough to design a file for foam/cardboard. Thanks so much! this is the mask im talking about.

You can just open the 3ds file using Pepakura Designer and unfold it yourself :thumbsup
