Custom "Enterprise" era communicator

I had it mind as perhaps being a later model of what we have seen in the show.

Here are the resin parts cast from a 3D printed master pattern. The display lense is laser cut plex. The antenna is 3D printed.

Finished and painted.

That actually looks better than the toy version I have, which is based on the communicator in the show.

Yeah, this communicator is amazing. It has a much cooler design than the one used in the actual series.

Thank you. I made it a bit chunkier.

The one on the show always made think of Nevada.
