Custom Captain America Mask/Cowl Wanted!!!

Help!!!

I'm looking for someone to make me a proper Captain America mask/cowl to go with a wonderful Cap shirt and outfit that I already have.
The mask/cowl should be Navy Blue in color, stylized after the USO/Golden Age costume in Captain America: The First Avenger with some notable design differences.
I already know exactly what I want, the mask/cowl should be sewn and look professional with embroidered letter 'A' on forehead and medium size embroidered wings on the sides of the head over the ears.
I want the ears exposed, the bottom of the cowl to reach wide under the shirt collar and hidden snaps in the neck of the cowl under the jawline so I can open it up and pull back the hood/mask part while still wearing it.

Also, I may be in the market to have a complete custom USO/Classic Cap shirt made for me as well as a back-up to the one shirt that I have or even as a better replacement.

Looks really good, but I'm terrible at sewing and making things like that... I'm an artist. I can draw and design easily but I need to pay someone to do a custom job for me. I need it to be Navy Blue with the specifications described above. I also need a complete mask/cowl that is made from or looks like a heavy cotton material with neck section extending beneath the collar line and embroidered 'A' and wings.
Up for the job?

I have made this one with leather, but with my patern i have make one in p.u. leather (no sewing is necessary, some p.u. leather can be glued with cyanoacrilate). I would be just help you, i'm not very interested to do the job for you, sorry !
