This is the version that most felt was more real IF it was to be a real gun, with the wires hidden and with out the screws in the ammo housing.

Most agree the wires were a last minute fix that IF they could have done so would have been hidden, and in the dropped gun shot seems to have been painted or coverd up.

The LEDs are green just did not show up that way in these pictures.

There is no other detail missing.

You can order this with visable wires if you want, So far it has been 3 visable to 12 hidden.

I picked up one from Rich and I am completely happy with it. It's a beautiful gun. BTW, I'm one of the three three that wanted the wires visible. Rich, you did good. I can't wait to get one of your metal versions.

“The Super Ultimate will have Harrison Fords fingerprints recreated on it.”

And a broken part of the gripÂ…

By the way I only call it the Superdetailed model, NOT the Ultimate model.

Rich

That's certainly a great looking blaster, Airhead.

Just a couple of nit-picking detail points looking at the right side pic, all for the sake of
helping nail the ultimate version.

RightSide72_1.jpg

1. The grip needs more material behind the rear trigger, where the rear of the cylinder
cover's bottom edge meets it. On the actual prop, there's a distinct flat surface
between these two materials, the lip of the cylinder cover here is bolder, raised more.
2. The rear of the cylinder cover seems to bulge more than on the original, toward the
11.00 O'clock position.
3. The edge of the cylinder cover directly to the right of the bolt lever should curve more
to the upper left, almost following an invisible line toward the edge of other side, which is
hidden by the bolt lever.

4. The trigger guard still needs work - it leans forward too much at the front, as always,
and has (5) too much of a straight edge where it begins from the grip.

These organic shapes are difficult to nail though.

Howard.

Howard,

Thanks. I have been critically comparing the new blaster to Karl's WC photos and there are some subtle differences. I think that Rich is working on tweaking things to get those last details ironed out. If only he had one of those portable 3-D laser scanner thingies....

Rich,

I suppose with Harrison Ford's fingerprints added, there may be enough DNA information to make a clone Deckard to go with the display :lol

As any artist I did my best effort, and there was so much to change, I did my best to get it right the first time.

I have not sold hardly any model for the past 5 months while redoing this.

Please note that I am will to take input from all of you and to make changes and improvements as needed.

These are minor tweaks and will easily fit the current models already sent out.

I plan on upgrading any models as needed and as requested as this model run goes along.

This will be done in many cases, free with only shipping cost asked for, or a very small handling fee.

I just wish I have thought to bring my Federation portable reperacator machine along so I could have just popped it into it and made a copy right there and then.

And of course run of a million copies off the next day.

And sold them for $4.50 as well.

Rich

Rich,

You do amazing work and have an amazingly constructive attitude. Don't let any of this get you down in any way.

We are lucky to have you in thes hobby.
