I know what you mean, Reaper. I saw them and thought that all in all... piece of crap. Then, "unfortunately" we wound up leaving several hours late. When it got dark. SO, I had to drag my girlfriend around looking for the cheesy toys stands. :lol She was a good sport about it, though.

I think that blade could be useful for building a Youngling saber.
One was made from some toy Qui-Gon saber.

Either way - for the price - it's something fun to play with. I'm really gonna have to track a couple of these down. If anyone gets squirrely and buys some to sell let me know!

Man...kids these days sure are lucky. I would have killed to have something like this growing up...but always had to settle for the flashlight with a tube, haha!
