Hello All,
This is my first big post here! Me and my friend, Rob Seal, have been in collaboration with Sideshow Collectibles's franchise, Court of the Dead, on and off since February on building a Kier costume to demo at this year's Dragon*Con (which is less than a month away!). I thought I would post some progress pictures of what we have been working on since it is pretty much finished.

I thought I'd start out with some progress pictures of the mask. First, we did a full head lifecast on our model:

Here are the different stages of the sculpt, from the rough forms to refining, to the final detail (minus the horns).

I also have detailed pictures of the mold that we did (silicone fiberglass case mold) along with the casts, and the finished painted piece that I can post below. I also have detailed pictures of the final sculpts of the horns, their molds, and their casts as well. :3 And all the props and armor...
