Constantine matchbox & scarab pin info

Does any one know anything about these Constantine Cleopatra Hotel Matchboxes with the Gold Scarab Beetle pin? The box makes noise when you open it to replicate the screeching of the beetle. The only info I have found was from an asian store that said they were made by eFx (is that true?) and they wanted about $150 for one. I know they are official but I don't think they were made as true replicas since they say Constantine and Warner Brothers on them. Maybe a promo item? Any info would be greatly appreciated.

if its from efx i would assume (assumptions eeek) that its a replica as with most of their items

Well this would be in what 2005? and the fact that Constantine/Warner Brothers is printed on the sides leads me to believe it wouldn't have been a marketed replica product. Does any one else have one or remember buying one?
