Surfing on the net i found a WIP of cody pepakura files i don have any knowledge about editin a 3d model but maybe someone want to make a try

the back pack is not bad but the shoulders need editing (are pretty short)
i only remove the helmet because it was pretty bad and there is one more good on the net (i mean matrixskull helmet)
