Hi all. I've searched and I can't seem to find anything great on a comic wolverine costumes in these threads. I have a decent amount of money to dump in one...$500 range. I've heard of The Midwest Macguyver but can't get a hold of him at all. Anybody know of anybody who can make me a suit?:thumbsup

I second the recommendation for the Reevz666 cowl. You should like his page on facebook. He does amazing work.

Fairly new to the forum but seeing the above picture I think you would be hard pressed to find a better cowl.

The sub-dyed Arkham Batman looked really nice. If you have a figure that can support the tight t-shirt look. Unfortunately I have the figure that would support a Peter Griffen in a Wolverine costume look. :unsure

I am interested in one myself, still trying to find the correct Brown and Gold old school look

Already found one but thanks guys! I'm getting the ultimate wolverine suit made with this girl on Facebook and will be sporting one of Reevz newest wolvie cowls in black and gold. They have LOADS of costume designers on there.

i made one this past halloween with a cut sleeve JerZees shirt, I wanted a First Class/Comic type suit

the cowl is foam, the yellow parts are cross stitch fabric to look like the cordura type fabric like on First Class suits, it was originally white then i used Tulip brand fabric paint

it looks like black but the shirt is actually navy blue, the cowl is black though, I have an Everlast sweater that matches the navy perfect to make it look like a long sleeve

LOL I don't know why fanboys don't just build up bulk rather than relying on photo editing software but the X-force photo is exactly that lol Couldn't help but notice but the costume is still pretty good looking.

Actually your wrong here, Dash is a pretty damn good build for Wolvie unless you think one of the other members in the pic is edited...trust me he isn't!

Nope, no editing here, or for any of our folks.;)

Really? I meant the shadowing not so much the muscle. Where was that x-force suit built anyways. I like.

No worries. We all went in on an order for the same two types of spandex (metallic black / wet-look grey), then everyone agreed on the same type of seams to be used and went from there. The Archangel and Warpath were from a seamstress in PHX, the Wolfsbane from another seamstress in PHX. The others were all patterned and sewn by us.

Hey Dash out of curiousity is your Wolverine one full suit or seperate shirt and pants?

Oh and I also would suggest getting the ReevzFx cowl, they are the best.

I have recently completed a brown and yellow comic version for a customer. They wanted a leather effect, which was trying but came out OK.

I think they will be creating a thread on the RPF when they get the printing process going.
