colonial marines helmet help!

Hi. i've finally started work on a colonial marines helmet. having sat on this project for awhile and now that i have a bit of time on my hands i thought i would make a start. i have the M10 helmet and i've already make the strike plate from a pepakura file. the problem i am having at the moment is the lobster plates. the pepakura file is just not accurate or seems big enough, has anyone got a stl file or know whats the best way to build these. any help appreciated
