Hello,

I have been wanting to upgrade my ESB belt boxes for a while now.

Here is the prototype box

Once the boxes are Powder Coated black the switch not that noticeable. The problem with placing it on the back is when removing the cover to change batteries you have to deal with the wires tethering the two together. It is much easier to remove the 4 screws on the backing plate and remove the front as a self contained unit. :thumbsup

What about turning one of the silver knobs into an actual switch. That's what I'm gonna do with mine.. Are you gonna weather them after the powder coating? Lookin great so far :thumbsup

Doug, the switch idea is something I will have to look at. :confused and yes, I will be weathering them when they are finished.
