Well I sculpted this while I was sick the past few days. They will be made out of silicone.

Either Plasti-Paste from Smooth-on or Bondo/polyester resin(for the gelcoat) backed with fiberglass.

Hey, Thank You everyone!!! Does anyone have any tips on what I could use as a mold release?

Someone with more experience may correct me, but it sounds like you can seal the mold with a clear acrylic, then release with some of the spray-on, silicone-free mold release. Probably available where ever you buy your mask rubber.

Well I started out with a clearcoat with a little paste wax to release it.

Result is nice and shiney.

Then I mixed up some Plasti-paste form Smooth-on.

Then a small coat go's on.

Then a thicker coat.

I'll probably finish the rest tonight.

Hey guys, I finished the front part of the mold. Sorry I didn't get the pics up that quick.

P.S. anyone know where I can buy a 6 oz. (or bigger) syringe?
