Cleaning my MR sabers (esp. the chrome!)

So I have an Anakin ROTS, and I play with it... :$

Well, it gets fingerprints. I've been gently wiping the with alcohol on a cotton ball. Is that bad? Is there a better way?

My OB ROTS came with a piece of what looks like chamois. Is that for polishing the saber or the case, or just dusting?

Finally, if I keep them in the plastic bags they came in, whill that abrade the chrome or anything?

Just use a standard degreaser I think...

Ive heard a very small amount of baby oil brings chrome up wicked, tiny amount though as youll soon cut yourself in half with a slippy hilt lol.

Wow, I go out to make popcorn and my question is answered. Now, just so I really don't mess up, a 'standard degreased' would be...

I use those little microfiber towels you can get at Sunglass Hut.

And wear gloves next time...
