I've been looking everywhere for a turtleneck to match this statue for a while now with no luck. Does anyone know of a close match?

Looks like a military issue sweater. I don't thinnk they come in turtleneck. You might have to combine two sweaters.

looks like a 1970's british army cold weather pullover. Not sure if they come in black though

I've seen one guy with that costume that used the military "commando sweater" but then got one of those black neck dickies and wore that underneath it to have the higher neckline.
