I have the punch and die set for small circles. But for bigger circle I tried to use the Olfa cutter but with no success on thicker plastic.
Did anybody tried this gadget?

Can this be modified to fit a blade?

Use a compass to scribe and then flex and snap.
If need be you can use tape or rubber bands to attach an exacto knife.

If you don't want a small hole in the middle then use a template and a pin or scribing tool.

I've used one of these before on sintra plastic up to 1/2". If you don't want a hole in the middle, the center bit can be removed. It does need to be used in a drill press for accurate results though.

Thats a good one. I have a drill press already and that attachement is cheap. Thanks.

And that gave me another idea. I'm gonna attach the Olfa Circle cutter to my dremel drill press.
Looking at the Olfa, this is going to be easy. Thanks again. That was a eureka moment for me. Cheers.
