I paid in full for the dark Rey saber in mid May. I just filed a credit card claim as I am well within the Claim period. As I am still awaiting the final decision on my HAL 9000 claim this is my LAST Fing preorder EVER.

Not since late July when I asked for an update on the dark Rey Saber. I was told Covid-19 and no anticipated date of release but we will get back to you.

If they are still in business in any opacity I can’t imagine where. Their offices are currently vacant.
I don’t understand their mentality. If they are done, why are they pretending that they still in business?

To not cause a panic ? So they can run for the hills ??? Really its anybody's guess... MRG just stopped communicating and then the bankruptcy news hit.

Didn't they "partner" with Sideshow to get the JP Goggles made after 2 years of not getting them done? I saw those are suppose to be shipping next month.

A friend of mine warned me Chronicle was in financial trouble two weeks ago before all this started appearing. He already went ahead and got the refund for the night vision goggles he'd ordered. I held out hoping it just ended up being rumors, but things are not looking good for them.

I have their Cryocan on preorder and I used all of a credit I had with them to purchase it. It has yet to be cancelled. I will be very disappointed if they end up sinking and I'm out both the Cryocan AND the money I paid for it.

Last I saw, the goggles just got delayed to 2021, but now it looks like they're not coming out at all.

Yeah, they are twenty minutes from me. They were cleaning out their offices last month and throwing a bunch of stuff in the dumpsters.

Damn...yeah that does not sound optimistic at all. That sounds to me like a company preparing for bankruptcy, not a healthy company at all.

Yet another replica company bites the dust. Why are these always handled so sloppily? Icons, MR, Prop Shop, etc.

No it came from someone close to Chronicle. Which is why I never sold my Rylo Night Vision JP Goggles. I hope they make them but I don't have much faith in that hope....

As much as I dislike Anovos, it leaves yet another void for collectors. At least we'll have EFX

Right now at this point... I am only comfortable with the great master makers on this forum like Rylo, Nicksdad, Jorthash and RelicMaker. At this point I am glad I am where I am in this hobby as if I was just starting now In this hobby with companies consistently folding it would be a depressing mess.
