Cheaper costume base alternatives?

So I don't know if this seller is new, or if I have just missed them in the past but "cosplayying" seems to sell some of the costumebase line, but a littler cheaper. Am I wrong?

Location is listed as China, so my guess is this is the source where Costumebase gets their stuff...

Hey, they are cheaper, aren't they! CB Jack buckles were the real small ones weren't they? I wonder if they'd look nice in a frame or something....
