As far as I know, at least 2 people have already done the label.
Look in the Archives in the Free paper props, I believe one is in there.

If not, hopefully they will post it for you.

That is the photo I was looking for. I have the labels and correct bottles but I wanted to make sure I had the placement right.

The brand I used which has an almost correct punt and the correct color wrap at the top was "Turning Leaf" brand.
