Season canceled for popular sitcom due to unhinged star
Sitcom “Two and a Half Men” is going to be stopped by CBS due to Charlie Sheen and his behavior. The Alex Jones radio show was able to have a phone interview with Sheen about “Two and a Half Men” executive producer, Chuck Lorre. The LA Times reports that Sheen went on a rant which was the last straw for the show. Within hrs, a joint statement was issued by CBS and Warner Brothers TV the studios were canceling the rest of the season and putting the show on indefinite hiatus.
Sheen 'violently hates' his boss
During the interview on the Alex Jones Show, Sheen made clear his feelings for Chuck Lorre, the executive producer and one of the writers for the sitcom. He kept calling Lorre “Chaim Levine.” The insults just kept coming. Lorre was born with a different name. It was Charles Levine. Sheen said that Lorre was a “stupid little male,” a “charlatan,” and “a turd” to TMZ while also saying he “violently hates” Lorre, reports the Guardian. Sheen makes a lot of money making "Two and a Half Men." For every episode, he makes about $2 million. The show has been put on hold before due to Sheen's drug and alcohol difficulties.
Alcoholics Anonymous not something sheen does
The Telegraph reports that Charlie Sheen explained on the Jones Show that he was "shackled and oppressed by the cult of Alcoholics Anonymous for 22 years" and "news flash, I'm special," talking bad about AA. Sheen was recently hospitalized after a weekend of reportedly drinking heavily and abusing cocaine, but he refuted the notion he had a disease and said that "I just cured it with my mind."
