I believe you have to have a Premium Membership to access the "username change request thread"

Username changes are part of the Premium Member Subscription (proceeds go towards maintaining the site).

I'm now a premium member, change of name requested.
Idea for picture came to me while watching ROTJ at the weekend. A funny 40 yrs in the making, ever since seeing ANH when it first came out I've always thought there was something funny about DV's head, now I know what. Had to take Disney to buy GL out though, name came once I'd changed my avatar.
