Interest CFO ROTJ Darth Vader helmet interest list.

Hi guys

I have been working on a rotj Vader helmet based on a heavily cleaned up unaltered GS cast that we ran a while ago. The GS was a production made helmet taken from the original UK mould at the time of ESB and ROTJ and given to a carpenter who worked on set.
I spent many months researching the original helmets and how they were made,what paints were used, lens colours, grills and tusks. I had the mounting ring designed to match the original screen used helmets as I could not find the real life item.
I have used Rolls Royce paints as that’s what Ron Punter(original Vader painter) told me he used.
They will be £975 finished and £675 as a kit plus shipping.

I have 18 on the list and I’ll be working down the list as I receive the casts from my friend. Each helmet will take a couple of weeks until I get up to speed. So this will be an open run and I’ll get to you when I do. [emoji1303]

I still love this helmet. As we discussed in pm I want to be on the list for a kit. But my funds will take a while to gather for this. I'm still interested but not sure when I will be able to make the purchase.

The run is still ongoing. Just working down the list. I don’t just make this helmet and have to circulate the Props I make in order to keep people happy.

Not sure how you usually cast these, but any chance you could cast the chin/jaw and face in separate pieces, each with a tiny bit of overlap across the line? Thinking this could make a lovely reveal...
