I can measure them when I get to work tomorrow. I can pull one off the ambulance and take reference photos if you would like.

Oh I love my job! Bad news, we have transitioned into the new style at my new assignment. The new ones are kind of oval shaped. However I'm going to try to track down some expired ones. We usually keep the expired stuff to train with, which is how I was accidentally stabbed with one but that is another story lol.

Okay. Got some Epipens (the're the wrong kind and will need modification) but are the right length. So I have put together a rough (very) model to scale.

Quite liking the 'Blue Peter' vibe, but its a tad too big. At least now I have some better idea of the sizes to be working on.

How big is your mockup, compared to your hand?

that'll save me running to and fro from the Blur ray player.
It does fit in my hand, but then everyone has different sized hands.
I'll post some hand pics once I have started on the proper grey paddle handles.

Here is the one i am having made.. i commissioned someone to make me a few and here are some progress pics he sent me back.. i love his work he does pay good attention to detail .. i just cant find the decal on the paddles so i can say its a found item..

Both proto`s are looking great so far. Are either of you guys thinking about factoring in the Hypo wrist blood analyser, still dont know what to call it, in your builds?

I have had no luck finding the correct decal as well, which makes me think the original was custom, this is the closest so far.

Keep me posted, I'd enjoy one of these to put in the first aid kit of the back of the James Bond BMW that I do events with... the last one was with 20 Bond stars in January.

sorry i didnt mean to hijack your thread i was just showing we are both doing same prop.. unfortunately i am not designing it or anything i just commissioned someone to make me two and he said he would do ten.. lol but i think yours looks great..i just cant find that decal!!

Seems 007 defibs are like busses, nothing for ages then two come at once !

Here are my versions of the paddle labels. We only see one in the movie, but the other is the logical twin.

Looking at the Blu-ray, it seemed the prop department graced their dummy with a Bondian parting, so I have done the same.

Also, it appears that the loose connection comes free again as Vesper zaps Bond !!! Does anyone know if the lead connector and tube terminal it plugs into on the handle (TC 1:34) is a real life item?

Been working on the body of the device.

I've decided to make it thinner, and cast in two halves, so that I can insert electronics for the lights (just in case).
