CARBON FREEZING CHAMBER 1/6 SCALE

Hey guys, been tasked with building a 1/6 Freezing chamber for the Outpost One museum, Such an iconic set and something I've always wanted to build.
So, I was sent the CAD for the set and re-modelled it to be 3D printed and laser cut, as well as generating dims for scratch building the big bits, like the ceiling, stage, stairs and cage
The idea is to have Han disappearing into the hole and re-emerging as HIC with a little gizmo mech beneath the platform. Hopefully once installed, we can have a load of steam and cool lighting to do this epic scene justice

Here's what I got so far;
The power station boxes are finished;

The ceiling is coming along;

and the stage is cut and I'm starting on the base;

Managed to find a bit more time for this...

Used a brass cylinder and a load of circuit boards to make the wall greeblies for the actual chamber...u won't really see it, but it's there;

Had to fashion a jig to hold all the steel rods so they can be welded up for the 'cage';

and pretty much finished the stage and stairs;

small update...finished this a while ago so now it has all been shipped. I'll post some pics of it all set up soon;
