So we've had these laying around for a while now, but no time to get to it... Now that our production queue is almost finished, we're finally able to begin tackling a few side projects...
These are the goggles worn by MCU Sam Wilson (Falcon) in Captain America: Civil War, Avengers: Age of Ultron & Ant-Man. Each pair is SLS-printed using sintered nylon. This means they are far more flexible than most 3-D prints (but not as flexible as urethane rubber) and do not feature the "print lines" or striations common among FDM-printed items. The lenses are laser-cut dark red transparent cast acrylic. Visibility is pretty good, but you'll definitely be "seeing red" (probably why, at least for Age of Ultron and Ant-Man, the goggle frames were empty and lenses were actually added in as CGI...)
Here are some pics of our demo pair...

Final goggles will feature accurate black urethane rubber strap and "figure-8" buckles. The default size is just over 6" across which is a snug but comfy fit on my 24" head; if you are concerned about fitment and desire a smaller (or larger) size, please reach out to us and we'll do our best to accommodate you...
Here is what we are thinking for pricing...
Option 1: Raw Print of Goggles (get yer own strap, buckles, etc...) - $50usd
Option 2: Full Kit (raw print, urethane strap, buckles) - $100
Option 3: Finished & painted Goggles w/ strap & buckles - $150usd
Prices don't include shipping, but these are thankfully small and lightweight, so likely no more than $10 shipped anywhere in the domestic United States. As with all our runs, international customers will have to pay an additional fee for Intl shipping...
Feel free to PM us with questions or concerns, thanks for reading
