I have looked at the limited video available and agree the light pattern is too slow. I am increasing the speed so that a full revolution takes 1 second. That's 4 hertz, approximately 4 times faster than the prototype in the video.
There is now a picture of a prototype electronics module. Changes are pending, but I wanted to give everyone an idea of what it would look like.
