Canada (quebec) where to get 3 and 5mm eva foam?

Hi I live in montreal in quebec and I would like to know where to get 3mm eva foam or craft foam (is that the same tging ?) sheet and 5mm eva foam roll I see peoples here with like floor size 5mm eva roll but dont know where to fibd these I need those 2 different type for my iron man gloves for my fiberglass mk6 but I want a roll because O want to do other armor after this ib foam because i dont want to spend a second life to pep a second armor ahah

Hi there,

I just found this at Canadian Tire, it's 7mm thick, with a smooth side and a patterened side, good for thick armour pieces if you shape it right:

You can also fine 'puzzle tiles' at places like Canadian Tire, and Home Depot( there are thicker ones, depending where you look ):

Otherwise, you can look for 'foam mattress' at camping stores, like Mountain Equipment Co, like this one which is thicker than usual:

EVA foam takes paint nicely, so you can search for online tutorials on that part. Hope that helps you.

I would say Canadain tire EVEN the dollar store has some if you check in the kids section.

Micheals has black and white 5mm sheets for 1.19$. They always have coupons you can use to save a couple bucks. Wal-mart has the 12mm floor tiles with the smooth side.
