Question can we get rid of "visitor messages"? (answered)

with the large influx of newbies.... they ALL use the visitor message option as if it were a private message. is there a way to disable visitor messages? can we just lose them all together? i know im not the only one who cant stand this:

You can turn it off in your options.

As Jannix Quinn has mentioned, you can turn it off in your User CP.

User CP > Edit Options

On the right, scroll down to "Enable Visitor Messaging" (remove check mark from box).
