It almost looks like one of the 12" Gi Joe reissues they did.

Looks like Screech from Saved by the Bell.

Normally there are identifying stamps, and date codes on the figure. Usually on the leg or back. What marks do you see?

It's definitely supposed to be a 12" Low Light from GI Joe. It looks like a custom to me.

I serch in google the Low Light GI Joe, and all of them have only one red shoulder. Is it posible to be a non original GI Joe? Like an imitation?

If it's 8 inches, I have no idea what it is. Maybe a Mego-style custom - the clothes are too high quality for an actual Mego. Or an off brand Mego inspired figure.

Wow, I kind of want some of these Pacos. The Magnificent Team is almost all Joe characters, and the Kung Fu Fighter line has some nice MK Ninjas.
