Can anyone identify this stormtrooper helmet?

the AP kits come with a sticker for the frown as well... although no ever uses it

GF supplied these aerators as well with his helmets - first thing I changed

Top four pics are GF other ones have a more pronounced bump on the eye so definitely not GF.

Are the areators wrapped in black electrician's tape? That's the way my GF hero #13 came. (As built by GF). It's a pretty unusual setup, and I doubt AP did it that way.

Nope...AP used black tape on aerators as well.

It would really help if you figured out who the seller was and tracked it down that way. There are many recasts floating around - we only concentrate on the "original sources", but a recast of one of those would have that same basic look so may be throwing us off, because it doesn't look exactly like its source, and it would be a shame to elevate a recast to such status. Not saying this is a recast, but the possibility is there.

I used to have a GF... mine was pre-assembled / finished / signed on the inside, so I know it was authentic.

I don't *think* the AP kit I worked with had the grey frown sticker, but the GF did definitely have that as a decal... I remember removing it and painting the frown in.

My vote is GF as well.

My AP came with the from sticker... was a paint to put on, I ****ed up and decided to remove it and paint the frown ESB black.

If it is not a GF, this must be a recast.

After viewing the new photos posted, I know for a fact that

This is a very early AP helmet, with GF style ear pieces and early AP style top/back, the face plate you have is the exact same he currently uses on his stunt helmets.

The New AP uses a unaltered TE stunt face plate with a more accurate top/back and ear pieces.

AP stunt helmet is made from my TE backup stunt molds and not from my sanitized hero version, these are 2 totally different helmets from different molds.

Basically what you have there. is a early AP with GF style ear pieces and early AP top/cap before changing to more accurate top/back and ear pieces.

The first 3 photos posted is a original GF hero kit, the rest of the photos are all early AP, basically you posted photos of 2 totally different helmet assuming they were the same when in fact they are made from totally different molds, that's why it was confusing to some.
