Can Anyone Identify This E-11 Blaster?

I had this kit in the 90's, before the internet, but I don't know who made it. I might of got it thru the Intergalactic Trading Company, but I can't recall. The parts were casted in solid resin. Any ideas?

Is ot a Droopydoo?

I'm not sure. Never heard of Droopydoo, until recently. Did they produce blasters in the mid 90's?
