Can anybody identify this mask?

A friend may want to sell this mask. But he is unsure of its origin. All he remembers is that is from a movie from around 1980.
Does anybody know this movie? The maker of the mask and what t possible could be worth today?

I don't think it is from a movie. Also, I don't think it is that old. Judging by the sculpting and the size of it, It looks to be an illusive concepts mask.

Not sure of value though.

It looks like that skeleton guy who introduced some horror show.

I forgot the name but the skull had a goofy cackling laugh.\

illusive had the license for that show. A lot of their skulls look like that.
