I folded and bought one and determined to get it right. I've come dang close. But ran in to a hiccup, if I set it to one setting it will print alot of it on the line but the rest will be off. These little errors I'm worried will make my pep be off scale/ wrap/ look like crap.

If I change the setting it will print better in the problem areas but then bad in previous good areas.

Here is one scale

Here is the other scale. Look at number 66 for differences. This is what I'm referring to when I say it cuts good on area and not so good in another, change scales and the portions that were good/ bad flip one another

That is really close... I have seen closer. I am not sure if this will help but have you seen this thread:

Mike. I went to 195.4 and 259.7. And got this. Part of the page is perfect. The other side is good but not 100%. If I go up in numbers or down the end results gets worst. Dunno what would case part of the page to be off

Mike would you mind throwing up a picture of what end product you get?

Update. Use 259.5 and 195.5. Parts are perfect then smallllll proportions are not. Worried that it will throw off the pep if this happens, of course the flaps don't matter. I'm about to go back to do it by hand lol

I don't really have anything to cut at the moment and I am tied up doing other projects too so I can't really cut out something right now. My results are similar to yours. I am not sure why or how to make it better. I have not looked into it a lot since it is close enough for me. It doesn't really effect the final pep much.

guys, i think you all may be looking at this a little too close....
I say this because...
this paper/cardstock will have resin and bondo over top of it right???
the way i see it... and maybe it's because i am new to pepping... but no matter if the Cameo cuts EXACTLY on the printed lines or whether it is slightly off... it's not getting cut ANY different than what it was printed...
look at it this way... you COULD JUST cut it out on card stock WITHOUT printing it out... then you wouldnt have to worry about does it cut EXACTLY on the lines... however you dont have the numbers to match up...
in my career field, aerospace hydraulics, i am used to measurements in the hundred thousandths of an inch... but i can assure you this...
if the Cameo doesnt cut precisely on the line... its ok... as long as you keep your scale the same for every page... then you wont have a problem.

In some cases though it will match up in one corner and then as you move towards the opposite corner it will gradually get further out of alignment. This indicates that the scale is changing and so if you were to cut some pages by hand (like the really intricate ones that the Cameo can mess up on) and the others with the cameo then they may not match up. I do agree that at a point it gets close enough not to make a difference. But I would not have just been able to use mine out of the box because I did have this scaling issue.
