Why don’t you start with a pvc build first, pvc is more forgiving

I think LDM custom sabers is the way to go if you're looking for an accurate Luke ROTJ. You should contact him on FX (General Grievous) or trough his website: www.ldmcustomsabers.com

However there has been at least one person that was able to communicate with Makototsai well enough to get some custom LED string blades made up that DO work with the CFLS sound board. I don't remember who that was but I'm sure xl97 will be more than happy to provide you with that information.

I dont have a clue.

I only know a few people who have used the CFLS board at all.. and I believe they made their own blades? (at least I believe sloth did)..

I dont recall anyone getting one from Makototsai.. ( last I recall his wouldnt work?... but honestly.. I dont keep up)
