So this is my first post on this forum,
So I'm sorry if this doesn't follow specified rules.
I'm looking a creating a realistic Buzz Lightyear suit, mostly foam and Worbla, but I want the killing feature of the outfit to be the mechanised wings.
In Toy Story, Buzz's wings slide down then spring out, and then do the reverse.
I'm sorted for the sliding out aspect, using fast-moving linear actuators, but it's the actual up and down swing I'm having trouble with bringing life.
I'm fairly inexperienced with mechanics, so the most basic description I can give is that I need hinge that is mechanised and reverses at the push of a button.
Any idea where I can find these?
