Brando/Mutt "Rebel Sidekick" cap!

I'm not sure if there are any other fans of "The Wild One" here, but I thought I'd post this. http://www.baronhats.com/ Has been offering a dead on replica of Brando's hat from that film called the "Rebel Deluxe" for a while but its got a steep price tag attached. With good reason considering how much work went into creating the perfect replica.

I was hoping KOTCS out they would release another version and they have! Its a budget version of the hat called the "Rebel Sidekick" at a pretty amazing price! Check it out!

Yeah, after keeping an eye on that Rebel Deluxe for so long to see this one come up at this price blew me away! Heck I might order two! One aged and one new!

The "Rebel Sidekick" is not the exact hat in Indiana Jones. Baron said in an interview that they will soon offer a limited edition hat in the correct wool (not the cotton one currently on their website) for $500. While the "Rebel Sidekick" is accurate in every other aspect, it is made of a cheaper cotton.

90 bucks is a HECK of alot better than 500. $500 i could get an adventurebilt fedora and still get change back.

If anything, those are great reference pics. I'm working on one myself after seeing those pictures. Went to Joann's today, picked out some fabric; almost done sewing it together, having a lot of fun with it!

If I had $500.00 to blow on a hat you can bet your tail feathers it would be on their Rebel Deluxe and not the wool Sidekick. That thing is a work of pure genius!

Be very wary of Baron hats and especially their very tricky wording in regard to what they have done, what they haven't, and just how accurate certain pieces are. They can often be very misleading.

they offer a replica version of the same hat for like 90-, thing is, he only used it in that one scene, im not sure i can justify getting even the replica for just that tiny bit of use...
