Of course he didn't die in ROTJ. Given the Sarlacc's thousand year digestion cycle, Fett probably lasted years, if not decades, if not centuries. He probably outlived everyone in the movies, "from a certain point of view."

I don't think a Boba Fett movie will ever happen. But if it did, I would trust Joe Johnston to pull it off. He was the most instrumental in creating the character and look.

My opinion about why he stayed at jabbas palace was because he knew that with hans friends especially being in cahoots with a jedi, he knew it was bound to happen that one day they would come for han and I think the personal satisfaction of bricking han and killing all who cared to save him was something he couldnt let pass by!
To hate a Fett is to hate every single clone/storm trooper! The only difference is that boba has a heart of gold... wrapped in ice!

Yes, I think we will... either that or Star Wars will die entirely. Say what you will about the Clone Wars, but they haven't been able to sustain the franchise in a meaningful way. Sooner or later they will have to do a feature if they want to retain footing. Now, the real question is, will we see another GOOD Star Wars feature in our lifetime? Chances of that are slim.

I dont know man, you might be right lol. I mean they DID just make a three stooges remake so in my mind, that pretty much means anything at this point is possible. Keep in mind were not target audencience anymore. its all about who can entertain the most teenie boppers, have the catchiest music oh and dont forget the app download potentials!

So much Boba Fett hate. Did anyone who dislikes Boba Fett even read up on his story? I hope they do not do a movie as much as I would like to see an awesome Fett movie, I do not think enough people would want to see it to make it a worthwhile investment for the studios. It would probably be a crappy story with incredible effects and they would base it all around how many 3d effects they can put in it. It would be nice if Lucas actually decided to do the next trilogy and make it more like the original trilogy and tell part of the story where Boba kills the Sarlac and leads the Mandalorians(not the Clone Wars Mandalorians but the Karen Traviss Mandalorians) Even if it was a small part of the story they tell, it would be great to see him back on screen. Disclaimer: Yes I am a huge Boba Fett Fan and working on a screen accurate costume for the 501st and have a custom Mando costume.

I seriously hope anything star wars related movie wise is give to someone else. George is so bitter now about the series, he lost the spark.
