Blade Runner Set Decoration

Here's a neat little bit of Blade Runner history, a screen matched print/painting from Rick Deckard's apartment that showed up on Antiques Roadshow. I'm trying to see if I can get some hi-res photos of it.

That's interesting. I would be curious to know who might pay 15K for that piece, which doesn't really seem all that memorable.

10-15k? No way!

While it might be the piece in the movie I would see it struggle at say 2k. It's not futuristic, it is barely on screen, it's a (mixed-media) print (so not one-of-a-kind), might be a duplicate etc. I'm looking for some nice BR art, but would never think of buying this.

I appreciate the enthusiasm of the owner and the valuator, but there was a boatload of vintage and retro set dec all over that film. I’ve got some shotglasses like Deckard’s (the ones with the plastic rings), but I would never claim they were super valuable.

I remember seeing this kind of illustration a lot. That fact it’s the one they used in the film is only mildly intriguing to me. Neat to own, but I wouldn’t consider it an investment.
