These are a fully separate project and will be a custom build for me and my partner. We will be commissioning a custom sculpt and them it will be molded in fiberglass with an egg shaped head (to make it easy to get the helmet on and off) and fully articulated arms and hands, using a different method vs my foam ones. This Vader one will be a different level of detail and quality.

So will it work for a Kylo Ren costume? That's the question.

Depends on if your Kylo is built like a 6 foot 6 bodybuilder.

since the vader mannequin will be based on the measurements of David Prowse from ESB, fitting a Kylo to it won't be the easiest. It would surely be the most badass intimidating Kylo out there though.

The height is only part of the problem. My Vader manni will have arms, legs, and torso like a bodybuilder in his prime. The sleeves of Kylo aren't likely to fit on the Vader manni.

Any way to add 10 cm to one of the standard ones?

You could chop the foot then strap on some wooden blocks to extend the height. Wood could be ducttapped to the cloth part of the leg, all of this is hidden under the boots anyways and will not change the support of it. The support pole will extend to cover the increase in height.
