a spent thread spool for the end piece. (refined for shape of course)
Then a small spacer, followed by a skateboard wheel bearing.
any type of long square bottle, probably from an asian market. remember, it can be longer than usual cus the band around the bottle near the top can hide a seam for cutting.
the apple icon can be tin shaped to fit and curled at the edges.
the little handle on the side can be an old spoon grafted to a pair of rubber feet for desks.
likewise, rubber feet or domed buttons and a dowel can be used for the plunger.

I have a couple of those.
The light up could have been done better and the piece holding the needle to the syringe is the wrong shape should be round (needle should be replaced as well)
It does however have the correct tiny print embossed on it same as the game.
The initial syringe that is used at the beginning of the game has an entirely different front assembly.

Ive made quite a few bioshock props but the coolest is the ADAM syringe
