Not sure if this has been posted before but please delete it if it is.

I have just bee Surfing while looking for inspiration for my resignation letter :cry and I came across this page. Its a 8" EVE Hypo replica from the game Bioshock and due to release next year. The price stated was 13.99 British Pounds.

Inspiration for a Resignation letter? I'm almost afraid to ask exactly what you were looking for!??!

Otherwise, that looks great. I'm going to have to look around stateside for that.

Sorry guys. Shouldn't have written that. I was just surfing to take away the stress. Its a long story but the Wife would take the kids and other stuff if I don't get a better paying job by soon.

Anyway, not having played the game, but the syringe looks so, well, unique. There are two versions, though. And I am not sure where it could be bought apart from that website above.

I believe NECA is producing them. So they should be available from any comic or online retailer that carries NECA collectibles. At least they will be when they come out. I don't believe anything from the Bioshock line is actually out yet.

The figures are starting to trickle out now. A few online retailers had them in stock for a short time.

I'm surprised no one has made an EVE syringe from the first game. I know that someone made an extractor, but I haven't heard of anyone making their own syringe.

Sorry to hear that. All the best for quickly finding not just a better paying job, but one that you are happy with as well:thumbsup

I wonder if the injector needle can be modified to look more like a drill shape the way it was seen in the first Bioshock.

Oh, if only the injector could 'retract' into the chamber to stimulate it sticking into you. :love

This is out - and while it's a little flimsy and not quite as cool as the production photos would have us believe: it's still pretty cool.

If you can't wait to buy one, I saw an Aussie selling one on ebay for ~$55 shipped to US. Based on the play.com price, we should be able to get one at half that price eventually.

Cool!

Btw, where did you buy yours?
I was under the impression that they would be exclusive to the UK.

I am in the Uk, I got it via play - if you pre order play sometimes sends things out just prior to release date.

$55 to the US is insane - Mine was around £10 Uk with discount (buying the game at the same time) and even at full price with shiping it shouldn't set anyone back more than $25-$30 at most (I would think.) If these are Uk only if anyone seriously want's one bought and shipped at cost drop me a PM and I'll work out how much it would be.

Oh, my mistake, ithought you were in the U.S.

Thanks for the offer, I can wait until it's released in the US...I just thought that maybe it had already been released in the states and I somehow missed it.
