Yes messaged them a few times, different guys gave different excuses.
Last thursday 6th of may got a notification that my items had shipped out.
Checked tracking all weekend and today and it seems its not left their warehouse yet.
Made quite a few purchases from them. Never had an issue. Sometimes something I ordered wasn't in stock when I placed the order, so it took a while because I had to wait for them to restock, but they don't charge until it ships, so not a big deal. Usually by then I've forgotten what I ordered so it's a nice surprise.
Often times companies generate the shipping label well ahead of the actual item being ready to ship. This will trigger an email notification with tracking info giving the false impression your item is just sitting there. In truth it may not have even arrived in their warehouse yet. I know its not fun, but its a pretty common practice.
If you're really unsatisfied with your purchase/experience with BBTS they're pretty easy to deal with.

I've never had a problem with them and I've ordered f4om them for years and years. I'm not sure what shipping method you selected, but if its USPS they can generate a shipment days before USPS actually picks it up. In addition, its tracked by USPS its on them to update the tracking info. There may be some latency on when that is updated. I've noticed with several shipping companies that it appears an item I ordered appears not to have moved. Then checking back a day later, it has several updates, some before the time I checked last.

It's been awhile, but they're legit. I've never had a problem.

I've only ever had great experiences with them. Received a figure in December that was pretty expensive, but was damaged out of the box. It was way past the return timeframe because it was a Christmas gift my girlfriend had ordered months before. Not only did they happily accept the exchange for a new one, they sent the brand new figure out before they even received my return shipment at their warehouse.
If you choose the standard shipping option, it's often pretty slow, but it's also pretty cheap. Usually takes at least 3 weeks and it isn't tracked, so it can sometimes feel like forever. But they do offer quicker, tracked shipping. You just have to select it on checkout

Thanks everyone for the reassurance, i hope all goes well.
I ordered the chronicle collectables jurassic park John Hammond cane.
it probably makes me more worried because what i have read about CC.
I ordered the jp cryocan also but from a UK supplier and obviously that never arrived.
I did get a refund though.

I got my Bandai Perfect Grade Millennium Falcon kit from them with no issues. It was $100 less than retail so I was a little skeptical when ordering, but it arrived triple-boxed and I got it for an unbelievable price.

BBTS has pretty much become my go to online retailer for figures if I can’t catch things on Amazon before they sell out. I’ve never had a problem and their Pile of Loot option is really fantastic.
Lots of things are getting pushed back, I have so many pre-orders behind schedule but it's not them. I sort of fear all of them coming due at once.

I messaged them again yesterday to ask about tracking, matthew replied but still did not get clear answer.
He said it’s probably stuck in customs or on the plane over to me in the UK.
Tracking still showing that parcel is awaiting pick up even though BBTS are telling me it was shipped 6th may.
