I finished my Beta Ray Bill costume for Baltimore Comicon. One of my favorite characters! I sculpted the face out of Air dty clay then coated with latex, painted, mounted the helmet. I used my Thor costume as the base and then made everything else out of trashcans and foam. I wore some platform boots to make my height about 7 feet tall. I ran out of time and did not finish my white Gloves so I had to use some black ones I had

I was able to get a picture with Walt Simonson, the creator of Beta Ray Bill. Awesome time!!!

I made stormbreaker out of a plastic axe from party city, some plastic juice bottle ends, and a plunger holder from Home depot, LOL!

With my War Machine costume that was repainted for Comic version

The muscle build looks fantastic & makes you the best of Beta Rays ever

The Thor armor is also an excellent improvement over the spandexes I've only seen

Thanks,

The muscle suit that is under the latex chest is really an old power Rangers vinyl suit that I bulked up with more padding and duct tape, then hot glued every individual foam square to, painted silver. You can see part of the power Rangers suit where my glove is starting to fall down a bit in the second picture. The glove started to sag after wearing the costume for 4.5 hours with no break and constant sweating.
