Best non-yellowing, fast set clear/ cloudy resin?

I'm looking for a resin that has these traits:

1. Doesn't yellow over time. UV resistance isn't a concern
2. Cures quickly, ideally under an hour
3. Has a clear or frosted/cloudy appearance. I'm going for a frosted glass effect.
4. Works on thin (9mm or less) sections
5. Doesn't have to be high strength

I don't mind using a pressure pot or warming oven to support these goals. Can anyone recommend a brand?

BJB do a rigid waterclear urethane, 6-7 min work time with a 2-3 hour demould. It will require a pressure pot to my knowledge. Its called WC-784

I think I'm going to give Smooth-Cast 45D a shot, it's semi-translucent when thin, and is non-yellowing as long as it isn't exposed to UV light.

Edit: SC 45D will eventually yellow under artificial light (but it may take years, it's unclear how quickly that occurs), so I went with Crystal Clear instead.
