Best Graflex LED saber?

Looking for some input here. I have developed a need to get a Graflex LED saber. Preferably one that can handle dueling, but would also act as a light-at proper moments-in my office. LED sabers are totally new to me and just googling gives many makers and they all of course claim to be the best. Is there even an LED Graflex out there? Or would I need to get Roman’s and have someone do the electronics? Thing is I really dont want to do it all myself. All tips greatly appreciated!

if your seriously going to duel with it, i would go with a graflex 2.0, or 2.5

but take it from my advice, a graflex, hell... any saber with any kind of control box is not a saber worth dueling with, a few hits to your hands and you'll learn quickly how much a control box sucks

Thats why they did the ”canvas” sabers for TFA. Heck yes just handling my ANH and TFA hilts I can see that ( or should I say feel). Truth is I likely wont do much dueling but the idea of a dueling-worthy saber intriques me... I was checking out the prodigal son by saberforge as well. Never really loved ROTJ hero but with a blade it appeals to me. But the Graflex...first lightsaber I saw when I was 8 and 36 years later it calls to me...

I would say your best bet at the least expense and effort is get a damaged Master Replicas FX Luke ANH on fleabay and do an in-hilt LED conversion. Custom Saber Shop carries all the parts to do it and there are tutorials galore on the web. Careful, though... as I always warn folks it can lead to all sorts of saber smithing. It's a freakin' gateway drug. :)

If I just wanted a good, bright, reliable saber thats pre made, not Graflex but like TMP OB1 or something, which is a good company? Saber Forge? Ultrasabers?

Look for someone reputable..

UltraSaber, SaberForge, VadersVault are all crooks and do sub-par work. (if they even do the work themselves)

Look at a Korbanth run saber if you want something decently priced.. and then add your own electronics or have someone else install the electronics for you..

If you want higher end/price.. go with something from an Orbital Machining run..
